Appointments to view properties can be made here. No fees are due until the application is next in line to be processed, and you confirm you would like to move forward.

Background and credit check fees are paid directly to the screening company and are nonrefundable. If your application is incomplete, otherwise unqualified, or unverifiable, this fee will not be refunded.

However, tenants have a right to a refund if they have paid, and:

The vacant unit is filled before screening the applicant; or if the Landlord has not conducted or ordered any screening of the applicant before the applicant withdraws the application in writing.

 The applicant has a right to recover damages in twice the amount of any applicant screening charge paid, plus $250, if:

 (a)     Landlord fails to comply with this section with respect to the applicant’s screening or screening charge; or (b)    Landlord does not conduct a screening of the applicant for any reason and fails to refund an applicant screening charge to the applicant within 30 days.

The cost of tenant screening is between $35 and $50, payable directly by the applicant to the 3rd party service initiated and selected by the Landlord. It is not due until the application is “next in line”. It is not refundable. Please make sure you will meet the criteria, and that applications are complete and accurate before proceeding.

Two days are allotted to the application process. Time is of the essence, please notify landlords and employers. Fees are paid directly to the credit/background screening company when all materials are in from each adult. Lease dates can start at the longer of 2 weeks from application approval or the availability date. You can apply before or after seeing a property, but must be prepared to fund and move forward with a lease within 2 days of application approval.

Do not combine applicants into one application. Each applicant must fill out a separate application.
